Originally from Jerusalem, Israel, Oz began his training at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance. After he graduated he began his career with Batsheva Dance Company where he worked
with world-renowned choreographers such as Ohad Naharin, Hofesh Schecter and Sharon Eyal.
Oz's passion for the stage led him to audition for Hair at The Cameri Theatre in Tel-Aviv and his career in musical theatre began. He went on to be in multiple shows at The Cameri Theatre including West Side Story (Indio) , Cabaret (Moritz) , and Fiddler on the Roof (Russian Dancer).
After having a successful performance career in Israel, Oz made the decision to pursue his dreams in the United States. He received a certificate in Musical Theatre from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City.
Following his graduation from AMDA, he went on to perform in BCEFA's Broadway Bares: Game Night. He recently finished performing as Windward (Flotsam, Jetsam u/s) in The Little Mermaid at The Fireside Theatre. Up next he will be touring the nation in Elf: The Musical.
When Oz isn't performing, you can find him cooking Israeli food, tilting at the grocery store, and just generally living his best life.
